Brief Introduction
Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) is the integration of internal back-end systems and databases through software tools (middleware). Generally EAI software products are used to integrate enterprise software packages, including ERP, CRM, business intelligence solutions, and EDI. But often the Integration extends from within an enterprise to external trading partners, such as customers and suppliers, in which case it is often referred to as B2Bi.
Our EAI group provides professional services for the entire life cycle of your integration projects. Our mission is to streamline collaborative business processes across a wide range of industries. We frequently encounter a large potential for optimization through the use EAI solutions in such business processes as order lifecycle management, new product introductions, and customer lifecycle management.
